Actually, $ARGS is exactly the same as as what $@ (and $*) might have been if
procmail recognized $@ (or $*).
The difference Philip described is between "$ARGS" (which is what we'd have
hoped to find in "$*") and "$@".
My goal was to get equivalents to $* and "$*", which procmail does not sup-
ply. I wasn't looking for another way to say "$@". We already have "$@" for
that.
