Hi,
On a number of discussions, people have talked about delinking the dist
list and the accept the accept list. The idea is that only a subset of the
subscribers can post to the list.
I was wondering if it would be possible to make it so that the accept
list would be a superset of the dist list. If a person can register under
their one account to actually get the list messages, and register their other
accounts as "post only", they could register these accounts to post to the
Smartlist and Procmail lists, but a random spammer posting to the list would
not be able to.
Does anyone know how to set this up, and does anyone out there know how
to automate the process (something like "subscribe
jesse(_dot_)helms(_at_)loon(_dot_)org
postonly")?
