I need help for a recipe

Hi listers:
I'm just starting using Procmail and think is the most powerful tool
for my purposes. The problem is I was not able to get enough
information or better than that , examples files of using Procmail.
I was trying to set up a simple recipe in order to get some files
from my server just sending on order such as "get name_of_file"
and I have crashed against this simple task, I based my recipe on the
example of procmailex file.
Will anyone be so kind as to tell how to perform this o show me
where I can get more examples files?.
