Sending to list ?

I thought I saw a recent posting referencing sending email to a list using
procmail.
What I'm trying to do is send email to one email address, which then sends
copies to a list.  The list is a txt file.

If you could share the info again either on the list or to me privately I
would certainly appreciate it.
