not well-behaved mailing lists (like this one). And again, it's a
heuristic. Besides, it's probably a good idea to do SPAM filtering
after mailing-list sorting.
It's probably a good idea to do your sure-fire spam filtering
(X-Mailer, -0600 EST and the like) before mailing-list sorting, but
indeed, heuristics are probably best left until after.
