You are going to rsik getting false positives with the last two.  .com
sites are still the biggest source of email, if for no other reason than
there are so many of them.  And every legit mail you get will have a
subject line that will match.  

# And a negative one for replies (spams seem never to have Re:)

* -250^0 ^Subject: *Fwd:

And I've seen spam with these in the subject line.
