ESRI-L is a valid mailing list. Since there were no X-PMFLAGS, X-Mailer, or
Resent- headers, i'm not sure what else to look for.
Unless the mailing list passes on spam (ie like this list at the present)
there's no real reason to do this check. However, assuming you knew that
already, I'm at a loss as to what to suggest. It sounds like the place where
the message was forwarded from might have stripped the X-Mailer and/or
X-PMFLAGS line....
Oh that all lists would use some sort of standard line which we could all
use for filtering/sorting!
Of course that too would soon be corrupted by criminals.
