new NICE forward

i've started using this and it seems to work.... any gotchas?

"|IFS=' '&&n=/usr/local/gnu/bin/nice&&p=/usr/luomat/bin/procmail&&test -x $p  
-a -x $n&&exec $n -n 19  $p -Yf-||exit 75 #luomat"

That should run procmail under 'nice -n 19' if I've set it up right...

'top' reported that it was running at nice '5' however....

Very confusing.
