In the recipe I have DEFAULT and ORGMAIL set to local user mailbox files
(e.g. $HOME/default and $HOME/orgmail). Both these files exist and at least
$HOME/default is delivered properly (haven't had a chance to test orgmail).
Nevertheless, I get _Couldn't_create_"/var/spool/mail/dave"/did_0+0+1/.
Does this mean that my version of procmail is broken?
Or is this a Feature that can only be disabled by hacking source?
