Apparently-From: and From:

Is there a situation where both the From: header and the
Apparently-From: header will appear in a message?  I've got one and I
think the Apparently-From: has been faked by a spammer.  (Egad!)

If it isn't normal for such things to occur, will this recipe filter
adequately?
