MH (slocal) vs procmail

Is there anywhere a comparison between the filtering capabilities of
procmail and MH tools (maildelivery, slocal)? What are the (dis)advantages
of procmail compared with MH or are the both equal? Is there any
discussion list for filtering and mail processing with MH tools?
