I don't know of any written up comparison.  As an MH user I can tell
you that it's my experience that you should throwout slocal and go with
procmail.  slocal has very limited logic capabilities, no program based
condition, no filtering, no (environment) variable assignments, no
weighted scoring, and slocal isn't nearly as paranoid about errors as
procmail is.  If nothing else convinces you, consider this: slocal
does't even do regular expressions!
