Re: count of words in big letters?

Maybe there's an easier approach.  If the number of capital letters over-
whelms the number of lower-case letters, does it matter whether they're
adjacent or not?  

For example,

:0DB:
* 2^1 [A-Z]
* -1^1 [a-z]
screamed

should filter off anything where 1/3 or more of the alphabetic characters are
capitalized.  Adjust the weights as you choose.
