Smartlist Help

I'm trying to setup a moderated listserv using SmartList.
In the instructions for the moderator they say to edit
the headers and add "Approved:moderateremail(_at_)mydomain(_dot_)com"
How are we supposed to eddit the email headers?  I'm using
elm, but we also need to do this from netscape and Eudora.
