Pocmail on Solaris 2.5.1 in Ultra

Hello all


I've installed the binary distribution of ProcMail for Solaris in a
UltraSparc 2 , the file was instaled under /usr/bin and responds to
commands like "procmail -v"  and "procmail -h" .

        i've edited an .procmailrc file  like :

0:
* ^Subject:.*AnyWord
| echo  date > date.data

for root in /.procmailrc  and for anyuser on /export/home/.procmailrc


but do not work !!!   :(

        do not write any file

am i doing something wrong ?
