Well, now at least I know I've an NLSPATH (in setenv var.):

NLSPATH =/usr/local/xlf23/usr/lpp/xlf/bin/default_msg/%N: 
         /usr/local/xlf23/usr/lpp/xlf/bin/default_msg/%N:
         /usr/lib/nls/msg/%L/%N:/usr/lib/nls/msg/prime/%N

But don't know why procmail doesn't seems to understand... (could be
because of those %N ???)

 Have you tried

SHELL=/bin/sh

 in your ~/.procmailrc?
