It was voiced, a few things. "Your starting procmail too many times" (I
have only one execution of procmail now.) "I'd check your permissions"
Well I did and here they are. "Get 3.11pre7 it may fix your problem."
Done, and yes the same error.

Another funny thing, I have the proc.log file building, I CANT
edit it, I cant cat it, I cant delete it, I cant chmod it. I CAN however
read it in PINE (although its read only) What in the hell is the problem?
