This is a standard problem; you should be able to change the invocation of
procmail the same way as the example (run env, which in turn runs
procmail). Make sure that there is a '-p' argument passed to procmail;
this preserves the environment you're constructing with env (newer
sendmail revisions sanitize the environment for you, so that's not really
an issue).
If you're still having troubles, make sure you're using the latest
incarnation of rblcheck, with the latest supplied procmail recipe; earlier
revisions had rather insidious bugs.
