Problem with condition-variable

Hello ! 

When i get a mail with subject 'send file' or 'send file filename'
the condition 

SEND_SUBJECT_PREFIX=${SEND_SUBJECT_PREFIX:-"send file + "}

:0h 
* $ ^Subject: $SEND_SUBJECT_PREFIX\/.*
do anything

does not match to the mail although the subject IS 'send file' or 'send file
filename' .

The LOGFILE reports this:
procmail: Assigning "SEND_SUBJECT_PREFIX=send file +"
procmail: No match on "^Subject: send file + \/.*"

The analysed subjectline looks like:
Subject: send file filename



Du you have any idea what's going wrong ?
