Here is one way:

   LOGABSTRACT=off

   recipe that shouldn't make log entries

   LOGABSTRACT=all

I have a similar situation myself; however, since the recipe that I don't
want logged runs in a clone procmail, I need to do only half the job: turn
LOGABSTRACT off inside the clone's braces and leave it off.
