Incorrect recipe

I added new recipes to my procmail, but I'm receiving an error message...

This is the (error) message:

procmail: Assigning "INCLUDERC=recipe2.rc"
procmail: No match on "^Comments:.*Authenticated sender"
procmail: Extraneous filter-flag ignored

And this is (part of) the recipe:

:0 Hf
* ^Comments:.*Authenticated sender
* !^X-Mailer:.*Pegasus Mail
/dev/null

I extracted this rule (and a lot of others) from

What is wrong???
