The 'f' flag on the first line indicates to procmail that the action
should be used as a filter. Only pipes can be used as filters, so when
procmail is told to save the message to a file, it complains and then
ignores the 'f' flag.
The file that you copied that from probably had some other action line.

I will remove the 'f' flag.
