Well, you don't: you send the original to your other account, and then you
let procmail exit.

Normally to accomplish multiple deliveries on one message, you use the "c"
flag to make all delivering actions except the last one operate on copies
of the message, but when the two actions are "do something with the message
and then throw it away," you simply do the first action on the original.

If you don't really want to junk the incoming message at the site where it
arrives but keep a copy in the In.crap folder, then either,

  :0c
  * conditions
  ! your(_at_)other(_dot_)address
  :0A:
  In.crap
 
 or if you prefer,

  :0c:
  * conditions
  In.crap
  :0A
  ! your(_at_)other(_dot_)address
