I followed the FAQ that is suggested in the procmail docs, "filtering-faq".
Something isn't working for me; I'm baffled. After making some trivial
changes to the three files suggested for the setup and testing, it worked
ONCE. But after changing something, and then going back and checking every
detail with the FAQ again, I cannot get it to work.
One question I have regards the "recipes". In the FAQ it is explicitly
stated to use "* ^Subject:.*test". Other docs, and examples that came with
the debian package of procmail, at least, suggest to use "* SUBJECT.*test"
(if I understand the docs). Some doc or another made a strong point that
the format had to be exactly as shown (full caps) and didn't show any ":".
Is the faq correct? If necessary, is someone willing to give a pointer to
the correct installation process?
Twice the process has worked, but I haven't figured out why or how.
