Somebody sent me a comment that makes me think this is an even better
idea: try passing a 100Mb email through procmail without killing your
server... (I know, shoot the luser)
If 99.9% of that 100Mb is an encoded attachment, then procmail can skip
it, and the message may make it through successfully.
