Filtering mail according to a file of addresses

Hi,

How can I filter a piece of e-mail for any string of text in a file with
the format of:

09-09 <brozen(_at_)torah(_dot_)org>

If it finds the address (brozen(_at_)torah(_dot_)org) ANYWHERE (header or body) 
then
we've matched and I'll perform a function.

Each address is being maintained in the above format, one to a line.
