root acct question

I've got procmail working on one account and now
I'm trying to set up root (on the same machine)
to run procmail as well.  Unfortunately,
this has been to no avail.  All mail seems to 
go to /var/spool/mail/daemon, but it's obviously
addressed to root.
Any ideas?
