Interesting ... I never noticed it before, but ^TO_ includes Bcc:? Is
there any sort of agent which _doesn't_ strip Bcc: before delivery?
Even if always stripped by your system, it is possible to use procmail to
handle things like sent-mail folders produced by certain mail clients, which
might contain Bcc: header lines.
