[Q]: status of the procmail future discussion?

    So, His Majesty SRB has been contacted, and the future of the
procmail development has been negotiated.  Will one of the initiates
please be so kind and summarize the conclusions to the list ---
assuming, of course, that he won't have to kill us immediately
afterwards. :-)
