procmail-3.11pre7 1998/09/23
I have scoured the mail_list archives and various websites only to find a
few references close to my particular error.
When I use a forward file my mail gets returned as below;

Action: failed
Status: 5.2.1 (Mail to program disallowed w/o proper privileges)
Diagnostic-Code: 550 (Mail to program disallowed w/o proper privileges)

Is this a Sendmail configuration error or is this somehow related to
Procmail configuration?
Which application is issuing this error?
The reason I ask is, since I installed or messed around with Procmail,
...mail that would have normally come back to my shell_account_email
address...now disappears into the ozone without a trace
:-/
Can someone please shed some light on my situation..I'm stumped and really
have tried my best to get it to work.
