Unless I'm mistaken, you can just remove the "c" from the "copy mail to
helium" to achieve your purpose--this should forward the mail to the
myname@ account without retaining a copy.

!myname(_at_)[xxx(_dot_)xxx(_dot_)xxx(_dot_)xxx]

More experienced users should inform us quickly if I'm mistaken.
