Hi,
I've been monitoring the list and looking at the archives in hope of a
solution to a problem. I've found none and neither has my hosting service
I'm hoping someone here can help.
The hosting service set up procmail and smartlist for my domains back in
October. Everything was working swell...till the other day. They have a
front set up called Mail Manger that allows you to log in via your browser
then add and edit email address, set alias', create and edit mailing lists
etc.
I logged in the other day to create a new mailing list. When I tried to I
received a message saying "Sorry, security check failed!" Here's the tricky
part, I receive this message for all but one of my created email addresses.
On one I can get to the edit screen fine. I cannot create or edit my mailing
lists however. Also, if at the top of the screen that allows the creation
and editing of email, lists etc., I click on Main Menu I get back "Sorry,
login and domain dismatch, please try again!"
My hosting service says that when they log in they don't get any of this. I
don't know of any of the procmail files that would be on my hard drive. If
anyone out there has any idea why this would suddenly happen, please let me
know. The most confusing part is that it doesn't happen on one email name on
each domain :(
