Your .procmailrc file should be in your home directory. It's okay to
have other related files (log file, included recipes, etc) in a
subdirectory but Procmail can't find your .procmailrc unless it's
right there in $HOME.

the thing is i do not know how to do the .forward everytime i do that it
gives the sender a mailer deamon response

If things don't improve, posting an excerpt of the daemon response
might be helpful. (However, just the errors, ma'am.)

If you're running Sendmail, the relevant part would look something
like this:

   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
you(_at_)your(_dot_)address

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
you(_at_)your(_dot_)address(_dot_)(_dot_)(_dot_) The reason why Sendmail thinks 
it couldn't be delivered
