I am a new user of procmail. Can you please tell me how I can configure
it so that I can send a set of auto replies to different people
depending on the sender or the subject of the mail.

The procmailex(5) man page offers the following example:

    :0 h c
    * !^FROM_DAEMON
    * !^X-Loop: your(_at_)own(_dot_)mail(_dot_)address
    | (formail -r -A"Precedence: junk" \
    -A"X-Loop: your(_at_)own(_dot_)mail(_dot_)address" ; \
    echo "Mail received.") | $SENDMAIL -t

Since you're new to Procmail, you should check out the "Mini-FAQ" at
http://mirror.ncsa.uiuc.edu/procmail-faq/ and, by all means, the pm-tips
site at http://www.procmail.org/jari/. You'll find enough there to keep
you busy for a *long* time. :-)

P.S. [off topic and a long shot] Any relation to Rocky Agrawal, now working
for the Washington
Post?
