I use Elm as my MUA, and it likes to show addresses that way. That form is
still accepted, but Real Name <ad(_at_)dr(_dot_)ess> is preferred these days.

You can set up a recursive INCLUDERC arrangement to process the body line
by line, but (1) it's a pain in the butt to code, (2) if the message is long
you might run out of file descriptors and make procmail abort without deli-
very, and (3) since I don't know anything about checksum programs, someone
else would have to help you write it. If you weren't talking about check-
sums but of actually caching bodies, that's another story.
