Makefile and config.h

Hi...
        I've a problem to edit my Makefile and config.h file... though
I've tried many times to edit accordingly, there is still an error :( . My
latest error is :

        cd src; make ../autoconf.h 
        sh: make: not found 
        *** Error code 1
        make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `autoconf.h' 

Can  somebody please help me with these ? I'm using SunOS 5.4. If it is
ok, can anyone give me the examples of their edited Makefile and config.h
files. I hope to get some idea how to edit my files so that I can install
procmail and others.
