which is IMHO the same - it still matches on the empty body :-(
They are not the same. The 'H' and 'B' flags do not affect the area
being considered for size conditions. The only way to change that is
using the "B ??" syntax. This pre-dates me, but I suspect it was done
for backwards compatability.
