Oh. Duh. Yes, I missed that completely, even though
it's pretty prominent at the beginning of procmailrc(5).
(I should note that I don't use procmail except for smartlist,
so much of this "basic" stuff is complete news to me.
I'd hoped to avoid becoming a complete procmail expert, but
mail bounces broken around the world have convinced me
that I need to get good at all aspects of procmail
recipes or switch MLMs. Sigh.)

I agree, it's clearer and better.

Yeah; if you don't have the proviso about "delivering"
vs. "non-delivering" at the front of your brain, it doesn't
follow very well from the description of the flags. In fact,
I'm having a bit of a time defining "non-delivering"
at the moment (except for brace)...
