Mail to News

Greetings,

We have just gone live with InterNet News for our LAN intranet user. I
wonder if anyone can help me on how to setup sendmail/procmail to send
a   mail into a newsgroup. Is it possible?

Sending a mail within newsgroup is relatively easy, but I don't find a
way to do the other way around. 

I will appreciate any hints or information regarding this. Thanks in
advance.

NB. I use RH 5.1 + Sendmail + Procmail + INN
