[procmail] recipe (was: Spam on the list)

Hoiw about a recipe that, for messages from this list:

1. injects [procmail] in the Subject
2. creates a "Reply-To: the list"
3. reformats malaligned quoting

OK, 3 not realy necessary,
and 2 might be more urgent than 1.
