using procmail from /etc/aliases

Is there anyway to run procmail from /etc/aliases and run as a specific
user?

For example, I want to do something like:

jcr             "| procmail /home/jcr/.procmailrc"

But I need this to run as jcr so I can manipulate the files it creates.

(Our mail delivery is totally weird and we no longer can use the "w"
option for sendmail's delivery agent. So now .forward files no longer
work.)
