followup to "More tweaking"

I've solved the sendmail thing, just so you won't spend
time worrying about it more, folks.  My bad.  I left the "-"
out of $SENDMAILFLAGS when I set them in one place, but had
it in in another place.

As for the MATCH stuff, I have also now succeeded at
proving to myself that I have set a new global variable.
Good.  That's what I wanted.
