You should probably zap other MIME headers, too, just in case. Try
this:

... assuming your replacement message is in US-ASCII and doesn't
contain enormously long lines (I think 1024 characters is the limit
from MIME's perspective, but obviously, lines over 72 characters are
a bad idea from a practical point of view).
You should change the PATH setting so it includes /usr/local/bin in
addition to the other paths it will look in.
