Here is a part of an email header which is showing (at least part of) the
problem:

554 "|IFS=' 'exec /usr/bin/procmail #campbell"... Service unavailable
The above is what is in my .forward file (included here)
"|IFS=' 'exec /usr/bin/procmail #campbell"

I would suggest that at space is required in here :-)
