auto-responder question

Does anyone know how to set up an auto-responder system in proc mail where
the incoming message is bounced back to the recipient with a list of
alternative e-mail addresses for them to send their correspondence
to? (I'm trying to establish department specific addresses for my
workplace and the transition is getting a little difficult). . .
