Do you mean an actual bounce message which doesn't come from a
particular user, but from the system's general mail handling, and
where the contents of the message depend on which user you tried to
mail to? That's more complicated than what you seem to be asking on
the surface, and probably something that should be handled from the
MTA rather than within Procmail.

There's a "redirect" hack for Sendmail which does this, although I
don't know where to obtain it. (Could be part of the distribution,
even.)
