Well, OK, his advice would really turn out like this:
* ^TO_[1-9]([0-9]([0-9]([0-9]([0-9][0-9]?)?)?)?)?(_at_)good\(_dot_)domain
ok I hate to reply to myself..well. this stuff has been working pretty
good for know. But know Id like to trimm mail bigger than 10000 bytes,
let the first 10000 bytes pass thru and reply to the sender (while
quoting the original mail) that his mail has been trimmed.
I know how to reply but how to I pass along a trimmed mail and quote
when replying ?

UNIX is user-friendly. It's just not ignorant-friendly and
idiot-friendly.Build a system even a fool can use,and only
a fool will want to use it.
