filter by To or Cc:

Hi,

This question might have been asked a million time, but I didn't find
anything around. I wonder if procmail can filter any email which has
more than X destination in To or Cc and answer something like

"It looks like your mail has been sent to more than 10 people, and I
only accept mail sent to less than 3 peoples as a lot of spam use that
way"

Or something similar. I am getting junk from some people which send
mails to all their outlook adressbook or something like that, and I HATE
IT ! :)

I wonder also if it can returns this kind of answer if the destination
(me) isn't explicitly in the To or Cc. A lot of spammer also use that
(To: undelivered(_at_)dbee(_dot_)com for me for exemple).

If anyone has a link/url with answers to related questions like that, I
am all yours.
