Saving attachments with perl and procmail

Does anyone know of a perl script that can be used with procmail to save
attacments from emails to disks ?
I have browsed the mailing list and found some hints about using
pm-jamime-save.rc
I have tried to get pm-jamime-save.rc to work but without luck, any tips
on that would be appreciated as well
