Using procmail to backup emails

We are running sendmail on a linux system and aretrying to find a way of 
backing up all emails to and from the mail server.
I have thought about using the procmail file to forward all mail to a single 
account whilst still maintaining a route through to each individuals inbox.

Is this possible?

Can any one give me some advice as to how to use procmail to do the above.
